Base API Overview

Base is the customer intelligence engine of Social Signal. It turns raw customer data (LTV, revenue, zip codes, hashed emails) into deep customer insights for marketers, dashboard reports, and autonomous AI agents.

Core Capabilities

Service Architecture

Base operates as the inverse service to Beacon: - Beacon: Real-time web traffic capture → Lead capture → BigQuery events. - Base: Customer snapshot ingestion → Persona resolution → Deep customer insights, human reports, and AI agent artifacts.
